Consultation

All of our current services require a consultation as a prerequisite. This is our first meeting, where we will spend 60-90 minutes discussing any behavior issues you are dealing with. We will talk about management options, assess whether your dog’s exercise and enrichment needs are being fulfilled (and make suggestions for further options), and we will begin to put together a training plan. Together we will discuss your goals and begin working with your dog. You’ll learn how to communicate effectively and use positive reinforcement to teach and reward the behaviors you want to see in your dog.

Private Lessons
Private lessons last one hour. You will be working directly with your trainer, who will be teaching you how to train your dog based on the goals you’ve set together in your consultation. In private training we can address basic obedience, puppy raising, loose leash walking, polite greetings, etc. In addition to typical dog manners, we can also address behavior concerns such as barking, lunging, resource guarding, aggressive displays, housemate issues, handling concerns for grooming or vet care, and more.

Packages
Currently packages are available to clients who have completed a consultation.
4-pack: $450
4 sessions is generally a good amount of time for teaching a few new skills at home.
These expire 8 weeks from the date of the first session of the package to accommodate for any need to reschedule and/or skip lesson weeks.
6-pack: $600
A 6-pack of lesson is recommended for behavior concerns such as reactivity or low-level aggression. This is also a good number of sessions for new puppies.
These expire 12 weeks from the date of the first session of the package to accommodate for any need to reschedule and/or skip lesson weeks.
